We are truly grateful for your business, and every customer is important to us whether you are ordering a new drysuit or repairing your current one. We have had a sudden increase in orders across the business whilst battling a shortage in raw materials, and sadly the result is a delay in all orders.

Drysuits only leave us when we are 100% happy with the work, and in recent weeks we have been training new colleagues which is important however it has taken resources away from working at our usual speed. Therefore, we are currently working two to three weeks behind our schedule.

Please can we ask that you bear with us, we are bringing in more resources and increasing our hours, to help us manage this, whilst working at full capacity. Our team is able to update you on your order, so please if you have any questions do get in touch.
