The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as “Conditions” described below govern the use of this site (referred to as “Hammond Drysuits” or “site”). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions.
Drysuit Guarentee
All products manufactured by Hammond Drysuits are guaranteed for a 24-month period, from the date of manufacture, which covers all manufacturing defects or failure, excluding seals (latex, neoprene or silicone).
Your guarantee is void should damage occur by normal, misuse, neglect or accidental misuse of the product. If your product is altered or modified from its original design by a company other than Hammond Drysuits your guarantee also becomes void.
Should it be in need of repair, we recommend that you return your product to Hammond Drysuits for repair. Please note any repair carried out by an untrained/unauthorised person will void the warranty. We can make recommendations so if you need any assistance please contact the team at Hammond Drysuits.
Maintenance and proper care of your product is vital for its life expectancy, if neglected this is drastically reduced. If in doubt, please contact Hammond Drysuits.

Payments
All products need to be paid in full prior to collection or carriage. All produsts are the property of Hammond Drysuits Ltd until they are fully paid for.
Accounts
Accounts can be set up for customers who use us on a regular basis. To set up and account please email Natasha at [email protected].
These are on a 30 day strict payment term, any moneys outstanding after 30 days will be charged on a day by day basis at 5% above base rate.
Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Hammond Drysuits reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Hammond Drysuits. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Drysuit Repairs
Hammond Drysuits will replace like for like seals or components unless otherwise specified to do so. Hammond Drysuits will contact the customer before proceeding on any additional repairs that are required. All completed repairs will be stored free of charge for 2 months from drop off date. Thereafter we charge £1.50 per week for storage.
Money Orders, Cashier’s Cheques, Company Cheques, & Personal Cheques
Hammond Drysuits accepts money orders, cashier’s Cheques, personal cheques, and company cheques in UK Sterling only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s cheque. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a 25 fee on all returned cheques.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time — Most orders received before 1200 (midday UK time) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1200 (midday UK time) will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Default shipping agent is DPD and Hammond Drysuits comply with their terms and conditions. Packages are not insured for loss or damage unless a premium charge is requested before despatch.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Hammond Drysuits or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 1200 (midday UK time), or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Taxes
Hammond Drysuits shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the UK. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Returns & Refunds
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 30 days from the date of purchase. A full refund will be given to the customer if deemed satisfactory by Hammond Drysuits Ltd. Fulfilment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase along with a full refund. Please also be aware that we can not refund or take returns of made to measure drysuits specifically manufactured for an individual that are not defective or incorrect.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Hammond Drysuits shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.Hammond Drysuits shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled,Hammond Drysuits shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Carriage
Delivery. The standard carriage charge does not include insurance. Please let us know if you require transit insurance to cover the cost of your goods. A charge of £7.00 will cover damaged or lost goods to the value of £1,500. Hammond Drysuits cannot be held responsible for suits that are not insured.
DPD collections. Hammond Drysuits cannot be held responsible for badly packaged suits that are damaged in transit or ill fitting labels. Your suit must be in a strong cardboard box or equivalent. Do not send it in a drysuit bag as labels do not adhere correctly and the drysuit could be damaged. The DPD driver will arrive with a label for your package which needs to be adhered strongly to the box. Create your own labels for delivery and return in case the DPD label fails. Hammond Drysuits cannot be held responsible for suits that are not insured.
Claims on carriage
Please report the following to us via email ([email protected]) or telephone (01474 704 123) as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours.
- Goods lost in transit
- Goods damaged in transit (please retain packaging for inspection).
- Faulty goods (excluding wear and tear and misuse)
For unwanted goods and refunds please refer to our ‘Returns and Refunds’ policy under our ‘Terms and Conditions’.
Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Hammond Drysuits. signs them or not. Hammond Drysuits. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. We also reserve the right to charge for our time on a minute by minute bases if required.
