    For dives beyond limits. Ideal for technical recreational divers exploring deeper, at colder temperatures, for longer. This flexible tri-laminate diving drysuit is incredibly strong with 2 layers of Cordura, a velvety fabric that’s soft, but performance-wise hard as nails.

    Sturdy, no-leaks neoprene neck and wrist seals, reinforced knees (strong, not bulky) and shoulders. You choose this front entry Self-Donning HDS Pro-Elite SD  OR the HDS Pro-Elite rear zipper (to don/doff as you like) includes with a metal ProSeal main and fly zipper. Upgrades include neoprene socks and hard-soled rock boots.

    Material

    The Cordura to Cordura velvet skin fabric is our top fabric and we use it only in our high end suits.

    This tri-laminate is made up of these 3 layers:

    • 160g/sqm Cordura outer
    • 180g/sqm butyl liner (waterproof layer)
    • 160g/sqm Cordura inner
    Seals

    Fitted as standard 3mm slick skin Neoprene neck and wrist seals.

    Silicone and latex seal option available

    Zips

    We only use metal 8bdm ProSeal dry zippers for our diving range.  Pro seal metal zippers are more robust than the plastic Aquaseal zipper counterparts.

    Wet  zipper covering metal ProSeal zipper underneath.

    A metal 11″ ProSeal fly zipper with flap is fitted as standard.

    30mm double strength elasticated braces with full adjustment are fitted as standard.

    Braces with quick release adjustable buckles can be of use if you need to take down the top of your suit without removing the whole dry suit.

    Knee and shin reinforcing is a second layer of Cordura over the main fabric to protect the suit from long term wear and tear.

     

    Valves

    VALVES – Apeks inflation and auto dump are fitted as standard.

    Our thermal layers, part of the Hammond Survival Wear range are perfect for both commercial and leisure wear use.

    The CoreTek, is a single lined polar fleece 3 piece thermal, offering comfort and warmth allowing the wearer complete freedom of movement. These thermal layers comprise of long sleeve tops, leggings and socks.

    The polar fleece fabric is a compact material, keeping the wearer warm and the skin dry. It comprises of a technical stretch construction to allow the lateral movement of fabric.

    The polar fleece material has been specifically designed for the CoreTek range. These undersuits can be worn under any make of drysuit.
